After some argument and in view of the report furnished by the Additional District and Sessions Judge XI, Aurangabad, dated 19.01.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after two months if the final judgment is not passed by the trial court. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
