The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 379/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant with garassa and other weapons on head and other parts of the body. Corresponding injuries have been found on head, chest and other parts of the body.

It is submitted that the injuries are simple in nature.

Having considered the fact that petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40505 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 assaulted the informant causing different injuries on head and other vital parts of the body of the informant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. case No. 65 of 2015 pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda). This application for grant of anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
