JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and section 3 of the PDDP Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the allegations are general and omnibus. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner was only a member of the mob. Petitioner is a student having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29469 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
