The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2013 registered under Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present case has been lodged to put pressure on the petitioner to get back the land which the mother of the petitioner had purchased from the informant. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner has brought on record the sale deed showing that petitioner's side is the legal owner of the land in question vide Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29386 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
