Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for pension notionally from the period 0.02.1987 to 05.01.1994 and in this regard the petitioner has made a detailed representation before the Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar .

3. Considering the limited relief as claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition, the Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar is directed to take a final decision with respect to the relief as
