The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dagarua P.S.Case No. 323 of 2014 registered under Sections 376, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the nature of allegation made and that the victim girl is a minor, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected.
