This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023 registered under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2023 this application for regular bail is allowed.
