ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the allegation has been made against these petitioners of having attacked the two ladies, the injuries are said to be simple in nature. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries have been sustained by both the parties.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47388 of 2015 (3) dt.19-01-2016 2/2 and also the fact the petitioners are man of clean antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
