The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khizarsarai P. S. Case No. 74 of 2016 registered under Sections 143, 145, 147, 149, 150, 151, 152, 323, 332, 333, 337, 341, 342, 353, 307, 171(Cha) and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner along with fifty others not only attacked the police party, but one of the members of the unlawful assembly also assaulted the SHO and other person assaulted the Deputy Development Commissioner, Gaya who were acting in discharge of official

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29083 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 duty, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
