In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.84 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 307, 448, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 53 (b) of the Bihar (Amended) Excise Act. It has been alleged that the petitioner along with others were driven the motor cycle in a drunken condition, assaulted the informant by stick, belt and rod and abused him. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. If the petitioner
