2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code which was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court by order dated 20.06.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 45711 of 2013.
