The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basantpur (Lakri Nawiganj O.P) P.S. Case No. 28 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 272/273/328/308/304/120(b)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a)/37/(b)/33/34 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2023 and because of the three antecedent, the Police has implicated by showing fake recovery of 50 liter of raw spirit and 50 kg fitkiri. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, Siwan in connection with Basantpur (Lakri Nawiganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 28/2023.
