This application is filed for quashing of the order dated 17.06.2014 passed in Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 122 of 2012 by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria whereby and whereunder cognizance was taken under section 147, 148, 341, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The impugned order dated 17.06.2014 is of the year 2014 and same has been challenged in the year 2017 after an inordinate delay of about three years without any satisfactory explanation.

In view of the above, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and latches.
