JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018 for the offences under Section 385, 387, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the two persons were accused in the instant case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation of demand of ransom before 10 days of occurrence. The allegation against the petitioner is demand of Rangadari of Rs. 50,000/- and on default the present occurrence took place. He further submits that no one has given information to the police for lodging FIR with regard to demand of that ransom of Rs. 50,000/-. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since

No.79644 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 21.3.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J. 1st, Munger in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018.
