The learned counsel for the State has referred to the supplementary counter affidavit filed on 21.01.2021 wherein a copy of the resolution dated 29.06.2020 has been annexed whereby and whereunder departmental proceeding has already been initiated against the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.7589 of 2019(7) dt.28-01-2021 2/2 herein.
The learned counsel for the parties agree that the present writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude the departmental proceeding, as initiated against the petitioner herein, within a period of six months from today, failing which, the order of suspension of the petitioner shall stand revoked automatically.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of, with the consent of the parties and with a direction to the disciplinary authority to conclude and take a final decision in the ongoing departmental proceeding within a period of six months from today, failing which the order of suspension of the petitioner herein shall stand revoked automatically.
