The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No. 16 of 2013 registered under Sections 498A, 304B, 201, 406, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the death of the victim Zeenat Khatoon was on account of the post delivery complications because a child was born after surgery and it appears that the FIR in question has been lodged as an after thought, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of
