Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 332, 333, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the prosecution case, there is general allegation of blocking the road and disturbing vehicular movement by placing the dead body of one Satyawant Patel on road. There is general allegation that the people, who had blocked the road, indulged in brick bating and rioting.

I find that two of the co-accused namely, Balwant Patel and Vinit Kumar, have been granted anticipatory bail vide order, dated 10.05.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13167 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 13180 of 2016 respectively.

Case No. 55 of 2016.
