ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners, being the father-in-law and Bhabhi (wife of co-accused Rajdeo Paswan) of the victim girl, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against Dilip Paswan, who is said to have gone away with the victim girl and married in a Shiv Mandir. It is further submitted that the present petitioners have no role to play in the occurrence. Furthermore, the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that no

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U
