The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 498 A, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted that the petitioner is elder brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the informant and several other co-accused persons including the father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law, Ajay Choudhary and Pappu Choudhary have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is further contended that the police has submitted final form exonerating the petitioner, however, cognizance has been taken against the petitioner by the court concerned.

No.28987 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2 / 2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 156 / 16, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Sitamarhi subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
