Petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No.56 of 2018, arising out of Konch Police Station Case No.195 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397, 376(D), 376(3) and 376(DA) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual offences Act, 2012, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Gaya.

Altogether seven prosecution witnesses have already been examined during course of trial, as reported by the learned trial judge.

Considering the nature of allegation and chances of
