The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the specific allegation is attributed against the co-accused, Lavkesh Singh and the Kaushal Singh and this petitioner said to be only a member of mob. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78599 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 regular bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 24511 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 60052 of 2017 and the case of this petitioner stands on better footing. The petitioner is languishing in custody since17.11.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017.
