The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 18, 22 and 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of one Puria of Ganja and other articles from his possession. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that three similarly situated co-accused have been granted the privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 13.10.2018.
