2. In the instant petition, petitioners-department have assailed the order dated 20.10.2021 passed in O.A. No. 050/01081/2018 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna.

3. Respondent's services were terminated on 20th December, 2018 which was the subject-matter of the litigation before the Central Administrative Tribunal. Order of termination at Annexure-6 dated 20th December, 2018 is not supported by

Patna High Court CWJC No.6501 of 2022 dt.17-08-2022 2/2 reasons as to why respondent's services was terminated. Termination order affected the right of the respondent.

4. Time and again Courts have held that even administrative order must assign the reasons. Reasons are required to be assigned in the administrative order for the reasons that such administrative orders were amenable to judicial review before the judicial forum.

5. In the light of these facts and circumstances, no interference is called for in respect of the order dated 20th October, 2018 passed in O.A. No. 050/01081/2018 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna.

6. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
