(ii) For issuance of any appropriate writ/s, rule or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give similar treat at par with case of other several similar situated persons who had been considered by this Hon'ble Court as well as by the Hon'ble Apex court and their services have been regularized in Class-III post."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the subsequent events which have taken place during the interregnum period, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence the same be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
