The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
Patna High Court CWJC No.6574 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/3 "That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for commanding the respondents to allow the Swachhagrahi so selected under Lohia Swachh Abhiyan to continue under Lohia Swachh Abhiyan (SBM-G Phase- II) and extended them to remain continue as the work under the scheme a chain process to continue all along for achieving the goal of Rastriya Swachhta Abhiyan and pay them back dues amount with annual increment and ensure regular payment.
This writ application is also being filed for regularizing them service in similar nature of work and pay them remuneration at list in accordance with the minimum wages Act. As the petitioners are skilled persons in the specialized field to achieve the goal of Swachh Bharat Mission."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer to issuance of a direction upon the respondents to pay to the petitioners their outstanding wages, for the period they had worked. Accordingly, it is directed that in case any wages are outstanding for payment to
Patna High Court CWJC No.6574 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 3/3 the petitioners, for the work they have discharged, the same shall be paid forthwith.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
