The petitioner apprehends arrest in Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 dated 08.04.2014 corresponding to G. R. No. 1633 of 2014 instituted under Sections 342/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even assuming the allegation of firing against the petitioner to be true, the same hit the planks of the door. Further, the accused side has also filed a case against the prosecution side and the parties are agnates.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in Fatehpur Police station Case No.
