2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Daniawa P.S. Case no. 49 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated owing to land dispute between the parties. There is a case and counter case between them.

4. Considering however that the injury report of Ramashray Yadav showing the wound suffered by him on the right leg appears to corroborate the accusation of firing by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to them. The bail petition stands dismissed.
