JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER --------------- 31-08-2015 After having heard the parties, this Court finds that with respect to lands under dispute, detailed in paragraph 1 of the writ petition, the petitioners, besides others, have already filed Title Suit No. 381 of 2008 for grant of appropriate relief (s), which is pending before the learned Subordinate Judge-1, Bhabua. In above view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners shall be well advised to raise all the issues of facts and law with respect to the lands in question, which may be available to them, in the aforesaid pending title suit. The writ petition stands disposed of with observations and directions made above.
