JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kanti P.S.Case no. 394 of 2015 instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is of killing the daughter of the informant for non fulfilment of additional demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behbalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law and petitioner no.2 is the father-in-law of the deceased. They are living separate in mess and property of the husband of the deceased. They have no concern with the affairs of

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S.Case no. 394 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
