The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of a writ/ writs in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to pass a final order on the representation of the petitioner, filed before the Circle Officer, Motihari Sadar, East Champaran, within a minimum period passed in accordance with law.

(ii) For restraining the private respondents no. 8 to 12 to remove the encroachment made over the public road in question."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Circle Officer, Motihari Sadar, East Champaran i.e. the respondent no. 6 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 6, by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 6 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
