28-07-2016 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Jha, learned counsel, who was assisted by Dr. Bidhu Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.B.Roy Raman, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, who is sole accused with specific accusation in K.Nagar (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016 registered for offence under Section 458, 341, 323, 376/511, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged after six days of the alleged occurrence. In the F.I.R., the informant had said that due to injury, she was treated in Sadar Hospital, there is nothing on record to suggest that as to whether she was treated in hospital or not. No.28442 of 2016 (2) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 argued that way back in the year 2010, the husband of the informant had taken loan from the petitioner and number of complaints were filed by the petitioner against the husband of the informant. On aforesaid ground, a prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail.

On going through the F.I.R. and considering the accusation, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
