The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016 registered under Sections 448, 323, 354, 307, 379 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation made against the petitioner and others in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant him per-arrest bail.
