2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the redressal of their grievances, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6497 of 2022(3) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 petitioners have filed several representations before the concerned authorities but no heed has been paid to their representation up till now.
3. In view of the submission aforesaid and the prayer made in this writ application, I direct the petitioners to file a fresh detailed representation enclosing all the documents in support of their claim before respondent no.2 within a period of one month and respondent no.2 after receipt of such representation would pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of one month after affording proper opportunity of hearing.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
