The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51162 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No.1002 of 2021, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-1, Araria, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26566 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 The order dated 11.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.51162 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
