1. The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s):- "i) For a direction to the concerned respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for their appointment as teacher of Sanaskrit Subject in Secondary School against open (General) category as both the petitioner has duly passed the Teachers
Patna High Court CWJC No.17960 of 2015(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 Eligibility Test (BSITET) 2011 and the post of teachers in general category is still vacant for the subject of Sanskrit in Secondary Schools of Begusarai District. (ii) For a direction to the respondents to act as per vacancy position declared in the initial stage of selection and roster declared for open category and reserved category for all subject in the district of Begusarai vide letter no. 64 dated 16.1.2015, in Sanskrit subject, 16 posts were declared for open category and 16 for reserved category.
(iii) For a direction to the respondents to act as per vacancy position declared at the initial stage and as per reservation policy regarding backlog, and not to debar any person at the last stage of selection process declaring some seats as backlog of reserved category, with malafide intention without giving any reason. (iv) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioners may be found entitled to."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to developments which have taken place during pendency of the writ application, as per instructions received he seeks permission to withdraw this application.
3. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn.
