The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 114, 290, 370, 354, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4, 5 of Immoral Traffic Act.

Prosecution case is that on secret information that prostitution is going on, a raid was led in Chandra and Mayur hotels. From seven rooms of the said hotels male and female members were found in suspicious condition. The petitioner is the owner of Mayur hotel, who escaped from the scene. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 Cr.P.C. statement the apprehended female accused have stated that they have either come with the husband or other relatives but they have not disclosed anything against the

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 137/2016 (G.R.No. 817/2016) pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
