15.01.2015 Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

On 23.12.2014 also nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner, though learned counsel for the State was present.

From the record it transpires that in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 3, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12921 of 2011 (4) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 stand is that all admitted dues to the petitioner have been paid to him.

In view of the fact that neither anybody appears on behalf of the petitioner today nor rejoinder has been filed to the counter affidavit, copy of which was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 17.10.2012, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
