The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 417 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the petitioner being the Clerk in Samastipur District Legal Services Authority realized from the complainant Rs.2 lacs for getting them selected as Para Level Volunteer.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to payment of money and maliciously the complaint has been made against the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular
