JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are women and no specific overt act has been attributed against them in written report of the informant. Moreover, paragraph 5 of the petition goes to show that after due investigation, police submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, and also taking note of the

No.78857 of 2018(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 fact that the petitioners are in jail custody since 03.08.2018, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 90/2018.
