Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021.

As per allegation, some important government documents were recovered from the house of the present petitioner including other accused persons.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36216 of 2021(3) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 that none of the government officials have complained that the documents in their custody were taken away by the petitioner. He has also submitted that on similar footing co-accused Amresh Jha has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 32645 of 2021, vide order dated 28.04.2022. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S.Case No. 02 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
