We find on going through the pleadings available on record that with the passage of time, the dispute or the relief claimed in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the matter pertains to transfer and working arrangement which was involved in the year 2003-04. Accordingly, finding no further indulgence to be made in the matter and the appeal rendered infructous with the passage of time, the same stands disposed of.
