2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323 and 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (i) (x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered in connection with Sitamarhi SC/ST P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated.

4. Having regard to the statutory bar of section 18 of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the present petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
