2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in the present case registered for offences under Section 07 of the E.C. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is a lady who is a P.D.S. dealer. Some discrepancy has been found in the stock.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- XIII, Gaya/concerned court below in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 243 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
