Petitioner seeks bail in G O Case No.142 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 60 bottles of Nepali Saufi liquor has been recovered from Hero Honda motorcycle on Indo-Nepal boarder. Petitioner was alleged to be moving on the said motorcycle.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
