Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The seizure list reflects recovery 120 bottle of I.M.F.L. each containing 375 ml and 24 bottles of I.M.F.L. each containing 750 ml. As a matter of fact, the alleged recovery is from a place which does not belong to this petitioner. Except suspicion there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 28.02.2019.
