This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Jhajha PS Case No. 181 of 2015, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 302, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The case was lodged in the year 2013.

Considering the nature of accusation, no exceptional circumstance for entertaining an application for grant of anticipatory bail in a case pertaining to commission of an offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

This application is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court

below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for grant of regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
