Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 1459 of 2018 arising out of Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 811 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is driver of the vehicle. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2018, having no criminal antecedent. He has never indulged in such illegal business of liquor.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

No.78544 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions-cum-Special Judge, Araria in connection with Special Case No. 1459 of 2018 arising out of Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S.
