2. The present contempt petition has been filed for

Patna High Court MJC No.1310 of 2019(7) dt.08-05-2026 2/3 non-compliance of the order dated 18.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9730 of 2018, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for pay fixation in the light of the decision of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14295 of 2009 and to grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.

3. A second supplementary show-cause has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 7 and 8 wherein vide Annexure-R/A Memo No. 1903 dated 06.05.2026, issued under the signature of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger, has been brought on record. From perusal of the said memo, it would transpire that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that his Post Graduation Degree from the Indian Institute of Human Rights, New Delhi, has been found to be not valid, since the Institution in question was a fake Institution.

4. In view of the order passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger dated 06.05.2026, this Court is satisfied that no contempt is made out.

5. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is
