JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For a direction to the respondents to grant full pension to the petitioner who was duly appointed by the respondent no. 3 as Safai staff on 12/9/1977 and continued to work till retired on 31/12/2017 from Nagar Panchayat, Naugachia at Bhagalpur.

(ii) For direction to the respondents to pay leave encashment, gratuity, GPF with interest and other retirement benefits to which the petitioner is entitled to.

(iii) For direction to the respondents to pay

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Naugachia for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
