ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 15.5.2014.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner stating therein that he had deposited Rs.50,000/- by the Bank Draft bearing No. 012013000027000 in favour of the Informant which he has received in the Court below. In such circumstances, there is no justification for continuance of the present Proceedings.

In exercise of power under Section 482 Cr. P.C. and in the interest of the Parties, further Proceedings of Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, is hereby set aside.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18931 of 2014 (5) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
